"This is the only Afghani restaurant I know of in the southern California area. The service is fast and the hosts extend "mehman nawazi". We had the chapli kabab and sultani platter with kabuli pilau. The prices are really fair. I highly recommend."

"Finally an Afghani zabihah restaurant in Orange County. The food is amazing. The chapli kabobs, boolani, chicken kabob are excellent. The owner and family is very friendly and the place is very clean and decorated very well with everything brand new from tables to chairs. On top of this the prices are very cheap. 4 people can eat for under $30."

"The Food is great. The best description I can give it is Koobidehs with spices. Try the chapli kabob, koobideh, or the gyro sandwich and you won't be disappoiinted. Place is well kept, the service is great but the food by far is a winner at a good price."

"The people who work here are very cordial...Very, very friendly with a warm Salaam greeting. It's nice having another Halal Middle Eastern restaurant that the man and I can go to and most of the food costs between $5 to $11."
"We ordered the Koobideh, which is the minced beef and spices dish and the Beef Kabob. Both came with an iceberg lettuce salad starter, a lot of rice and a side of bread and brown fried long grain rice...cooked very well and super fluffy...The meat was incredibly tender and cooked to about medium-well-done...very delicious cut of grilled meat."
"...along with your order, they give you ranch dressing for your salad and a very spicy, but refreshing green herb chutney that you can pour over your meal at you discretion."
"...this place definitely holds its own in quality ingredients served fresh with a very friendly attitude and warm welcome."Name: Jennifer L., Irvine, CA

"I have totally found my new "at work" kabob place!"
"The staff here are super sweet and nice. Since it was my first time, I asked for the best thing on their menu. The guy replied, "Everything!"
"...I decided on a beginner's level dish, the boneless chicken dark meat for $7.99. This dish came with A LOT of rice. I'm the biggest rice eater around, and even this was too much for me! It has a fresh flavor to it, like a light herbal flavor. Their chicken was thick, juicy, and tender. They're cut into pieces, and it's perfectly flavored. It was SO good! It also came with a side of salad. Make sure you tell them no green onions if you're not into that (I'll know for next time). They also give you this magical green sauce that was super spicy and packed with flavor. It went together so well with the chicken. It also comes with a small side "salsa" that has a spicy kick."
"All in all, I was more than satisfied with my meal. I will definitely be returning to try their koobideh! Can't wait."
What A Deal!
